Thanks for using The Boulden Troubleshooter

Here’s what you can expect next:

  • If you contact us from 7am – 7pm, we will call you within the hour. If you’ve used the Troubleshooter after 7pm, expect a call from us by 8:30am—or sooner.
  • When we call, a friendly Boulden Brothers professional will need gather enough information about your AC system to schedule your service appointment. (It would be helpful if you could tell us your system’s age.)
  • Then, you will be given a number of schedule options to fit your schedule.

On the day of your service:

  • One of our clean, screened, trained and timely Boulden Brothers techs will call you 30 minutes prior to arriving. We know you’re busy and wouldn’t want you waiting around, wondering about our arrival.
  • Once your Boulden Brothers tech arrives, he will get right to work.
  • You’ll be presented with all your options so you can choose the service that’s right for you.
  • Remember, our no-surprise, up-front pricing means the price you agree to is the price you pay–even if we discover more work is needed on that service call.
  • Our goal: get your repairs completed and your life back on track as promptly as humanly possible.
